It is from these ideals that I created Conscious Empathy at Work. Research shows the significance of empathy, its value, and links to positive moods.
Empathy in action is honesty, open communication, and psychological safety. It breaks down barriers to develop trust and respect among colleagues.
These times require leaders to show their vulnerability and acknowledge that none of us have all the answers. Improving empathy and emotional intelligence at work improves loyalty, collaboration, and employee engagement.
We all succeed when everyone makes an effort to acknowledge and embrace conscious empathy at work.
