We have to become aware of who we are – honestly and authentically – to create a mature and emotionally intelligent sense of self.
Our self-concept clarity opens the opportunity to express positive empathy for another team member.
We can feel happy for them when there is a promotion or recognition because we are secure in ourselves.
We know who we are and someone else’s success does not diminish us nor take away from our own accomplishments.
